About AT HOME Inspections

AT HOME Inspection Services is a local Kansas City company owned by Woody and Nancy Ludwig.  Our primary service is residential home inspections.   We also provide related services such as termite inspections and radon testing.  Woody does the inspections.  Nancy doesn’t do inspections, but her support and continued encouragement have been vital to the establishment and success of the company.  Grandson  Jaxon also doesn’t do inspections, but he shows all the signs of being a great inspector when he gets a little taller.

 We have built our reputation on professionalism, quality and value pricing. Our inspections are conducted in accordance with the high standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  We recognize that our clients have choices when seeking a home inspector.  We value each client, and treat them with the respect they deserve.  We also respect the properties we inspect – making every effort to leave them in the same condition we find them.
